- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Extra melted butter and garlic for brushing
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- Add melted butter, salt, and garlic; mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Knead on a floured surface for about 8 minutes until smooth.
- Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (about 1 hour).
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces, shape into balls, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Brush warm rolls with melted garlic butter before serving.

- For extra flavor, add herbs or Parmesan cheese to the dough.
