- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz pasta (penne or fettuccine)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream, stirring to combine. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute heavy cream with Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or lemon zest.
