Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix almond flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Spray zucchini fries lightly with olive oil or cooking spray.
- Dredge zucchini fries in the seasoned almond flour mixture until coated evenly.
- Place fries in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with dipping sauce.
