Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Thaw puff pastry sheets according to package instructions. Roll out slightly if needed.
- In a bowl, mix chopped broccoli, shredded cheese, garlic powder, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the puff pastry, then roll tightly into a log.
- Cut into 1-inch slices and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until puffed and golden brown. Serve warm.
