- 3 cups broccoli florets

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Steam broccoli until tender and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, broccoli, Greek yogurt, cheeses, onions, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer mixture into a greased baking dish and top with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
