- 2 cups finely chopped broccoli florets

- 1/4 cup almond flour

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
- Steam or microwave chopped broccoli until tender, then drain and pat dry.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, shredded cheese, Parmesan, eggs, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into small rounds or patties and place on prepared baking sheet.
- Spray the tops lightly with olive oil spray and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes or chopped herbs.
- Ensure broccoli is well drained to prevent soggy bites.
