Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic; cook until vegetables are tender.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes to let flavors meld.
- Toast buns lightly. Spoon the turkey mixture onto the bottom half of each bun.
- Top with lettuce, tomato slices, and the remaining bun half. Serve hot.
