Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cherry tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Stir in zucchini noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
- Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and chopped basil, and season with salt and pepper.
