- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (honey flavor)

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
- In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add milk, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper; stir until heated through.
- Add shredded cheese and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Mix in cooked pasta, diced chicken, and BBQ sauce until well coated.
- Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired, and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute with rotisserie chicken or leftover grilled chicken for convenience.
- Adjust BBQ sauce to taste for sweetness or smokiness.
