Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Rub the turkey with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stuff the cavity with fresh herbs and lemon slices.
- Place the turkey on a roasting pan and roast uncovered for about 13 minutes per pound or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let rest for 20 minutes before carving.
