Instructions
- Preheat skillet over medium heat with olive oil.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown on both sides, about 6–7 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
- Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the chicken and simmer until sauce thickens slightly, about 3–4 minutes.
- Garnish with lemon slices and parsley, serve hot.

- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for some heat.
