Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil and cumin, spread on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy and golden.
- In a small bowl, whisk together tahini and honey until smooth.
- Drizzle the tahini-honey sauce over hot cauliflower before serving.
