- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, halved
- Iceberg lettuce, shredded
- Tomato slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup and mustard, optional
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Shape the ground beef into 12 small patties.
- Season patties with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked and browned.
- Toast slider buns lightly if desired.
- Assemble sliders by placing a cooked patty on the bottom half of each bun, add a halved cheese slice, then top with lettuce, tomato, and pickles. Cover with the top bun.
- Serve immediately with ketchup and mustard if desired.
Notes
- You can prepare the patties ahead and refrigerate before cooking.
- Use quality cheese for better flavor.
- For extra flavor, spread a bit of special sauce or aioli on the buns.
