Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut into 4 equal squares.
- Spread a spoonful of marinara sauce on half of each square, then top with cheese, pepperoni, and herbs.
- Fold dough over to enclose filling and seal edges with a fork or pinch them closed.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Place calzones in the air fryer basket, seam side down, and cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
