- 1 tbsp garam masala
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Stir in garam masala, turmeric, and paprika; cook for 1 minute.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until browned.
- Pour in tomato sauce and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with cilantro, and serve with rice.
