- 1 cup shredded carrots
- Sriracha sauce (optional)
- Cooked white rice
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger; cook until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
- Stir in soy sauce and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve beef over cooked rice, garnished with green onions, sesame seeds, and shredded carrots. Add Sriracha for heat if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to add sliced cucumbers or a fried egg for extra flavor.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
