- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, and cornstarch in a bowl; pour into the skillet.
- Cook until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes or chili oil.
- Adjust soy sauce for saltiness to taste.
