- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp paprika

- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small flour tortillas
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add sliced peppers and onions to the skillet, sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper; stir to combine.
- Squeeze lime juice over the mixture and stir well.
- Warm tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables on tortillas, garnished with additional lime wedges or cilantro if desired.
