Instructions
- Mix chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Toss shrimp with the spice mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes each side.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave.
- Assemble tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas, then topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, and cheese if desired.
- Drizzle with sour cream and lime juice before serving. Enjoy immediately!
