- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 packs ramen noodles (discard flavor packets)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sesame seeds and fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute.
- Add bell peppers and cook until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil in a small bowl.
- Pour sauce into the skillet, toss to coat all ingredients evenly.
- Add cooked ramen noodles, toss again to combine.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
