Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, and ginger. Marinate the beef in this mixture for 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the beef until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Divide cooked rice into bowls, top with the cooked beef, and garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with vegetables of choice.
