Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
- Add garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil. Cook for another minute.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to coat evenly with the sauce and beef mixture.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
