- 1 lb chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Mix in garlic and ginger, cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sweet chili sauce and soy sauce, stir to coat the chicken.
- Cook for another 2-3 minutes until sauce is heated through.
- Serve garnished with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
- Adjust spice level by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Can be served over rice or noodles for a complete meal.
