- 1 cup fresh blood orange juice
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 lime, juiced
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 ounces white rum
- 1 cup sparkling soda or club soda
- Blood orange slices and mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a glass with crushed ice.
- Muddle mint leaves gently in a shaker.
- Add blood orange juice, lime juice, sugar, and rum to the shaker.
- Shake well and strain into the prepared glass over ice.
- Top with sparkling soda and stir gently.
- Garnish with blood orange slices and a sprig of mint.
Notes
- You can substitute sparkling water for soda for a lower-calorie version.
