Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 30-35 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Meanwhile, in a skillet, brown beef cubes over medium heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Season as desired.
- Cook bacon slices until crispy, then crumble.
- Assemble roasted potatoes on a serving platter, top with beef, crumbled bacon, and fresh parsley. Serve warm.
