- 1 large Italian baguette
- 3 cups cooked spaghetti
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the baguette into 4-6 large sections and hollow out each section to form bread bowls, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Mix cooked spaghetti with marinara, half of the cheese, garlic, salt, pepper, and basil.
- Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
- Top with remaining cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Bake on a baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and bread is toasted.
Notes
- Use fresh garlic for enhanced flavor.
- Feel free to add cooked ground beef or sausage for added protein.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
