Instructions

- If baking, place chicken on a baking sheet and top with jalapeño slices, bake for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
- If pan-frying, cook chicken in a skillet for 6-7 minutes per side until golden and juice runs clear.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and additional jalapeño slices before serving.
