Instructions
- Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
- Mix flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Dredge chicken in the seasoned flour.
- Heat oil and fry chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Mix hot sauce and honey to create the spicy glaze.
- Toss fried chicken in the spicy glaze, then assemble sandwiches with buns, pickles, and lettuce. Serve immediately.
