- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup raspberry syrup
- Ice cubes
- Fresh fruit slices for garnish (lemon, lime, strawberries)
- Colorful paper straw
Instructions
- Blend the frozen strawberries with coconut water until smooth to create the pink layer.
- Pour the strawberry mixture into a glass, filling halfway.
- Mix pineapple juice with raspberry syrup to create the purple layer.
- Slowly pour the purple mixture over the back of a spoon into the glass to layer on top of the pink layer.
- Add ice cubes and garnish with fresh fruit slices and a colorful straw.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness with more or less raspberry syrup.
- For a less sweet version, use real fruit purees instead of syrup.
