Scale
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef
- 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, Italian breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, parsley, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.

- Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked Italian sausage or pepperoni to enhance flavor.
- Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness.
- Allow the meatloaf to rest, ensuring juicy slices.
