Instructions
- Marinate chicken with honey, chopped chipotle, salt, and pepper for 15 minutes.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken slices until golden and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Add peppers and jalapenos, sauté for 3 minutes.
- Serve chicken and vegetables over rice, garnish with cilantro.

- You can add avocado slices for extra creaminess.
