- 1 teaspoon sriracha
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix ground turkey, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, honey, sriracha, breadcrumbs, and egg in a bowl.
- Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through and golden.
- In a small saucepan, heat remaining sauce ingredients and simmer until slightly thickened.

- Adjust spice level by increasing or reducing sriracha.
