Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
  4. Pour the sauce into the skillet with chicken and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of spice by adding more or less chili sauce.
