- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Chopped green onions and cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, ginger, and garlic.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet with chicken and toss to coat evenly.
- Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens, about 2 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and cilantro before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spice by adding more or less chili sauce.
- Serve over steamed jasmine rice or alongside stir-fried vegetables for a complete meal.
