- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup sliced cucumbers
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let rest for a few minutes then slice.
- Brush the cooked chicken with sweet chili sauce.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave for a few seconds.
- Divide lettuce, cucumbers, and cilantro among tortillas. Add sliced chicken and drizzle with additional chili sauce if desired.
- Roll up tightly to form wraps. Serve immediately.
