- 1 cup sliced bell peppers

- 4 large tortillas
- 1 lime, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss the shredded chicken with Thai peanut sauce until coated.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread some of the chicken mixture evenly across the center.
- Add sliced bell peppers and shredded carrots on top.
- Sprinkle with chopped cilantro and squeeze lime juice over the fillings.
- Roll up the tortilla tightly to form a wrap.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and fillings, then serve immediately.
Notes
- Feel free to add chopped peanuts for extra crunch.
- Serve with extra lime wedges for acidity.
