- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss chickpeas with olive oil and spices.
- Spread chickpeas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast for 25-30 minutes until crispy, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

- You can add a squeeze of lemon for extra zest.
