- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 cups beef broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk or heavy cream
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic; cook until translucent.
- Pour in beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and milk/heavy cream until smooth and creamy.
- Add crumbled bacon and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped scallions.
