- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups marinara sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper.
- Shape mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- In a skillet, warm marinara sauce over medium heat.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and simmer for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
Notes
- Add crushed red pepper for spiciness.
- Serve with spaghetti or crusty bread.
