- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Marinate steak with chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak until browned and cooked through about 4-5 minutes.
- While steak cooks, prepare bowls with rice, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Slice cooked steak and divide into bowls over rice and veggies.
- Top with sliced avocado and drizzle lime juice over everything before serving.

- Feel free to substitute chicken or shrimp for steak.
- Add hot sauce for extra heat.
