Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 lime, juiced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
